On Sunday, March 14th, we invite you to join us at Ridgeview Church for Christ in the Passover, presented by Jews For Jesus.  This presentation and teaching time will help you understand the connection between Israel’s Passover and Jesus Christ as the Lamb of God.

The presentation will take place during both of our morning worship services at 9:00 and 10:45.  Childcare will be provided throughout the morning.

Food Pantry Mission
The mission of Ridgeview Church’s Food Pantry is to express the love of God toward those in physical need.  We do this by distributing non-perishable foods, toiletries, and baby care items on an as-needed basis.

Join with others at Ridgeview in a weekly study of God’s Word together.  The study will begin at 9:30AM in our Jr. High classroom and will wrap up in time for you to attend our 10:45 service.  Childcare is available during the study.

In the early Church, we see believers taking on the powerful practice of meeting together regularly for teaching and fellowship.  Keeping with this example, we would like to encourage all those connected to Ridgeview Church to get involved in our Small Groups Ministry.

The purpose behind these weekly gatherings is to encourage each member of the group to grow in their walk with the Lord through the study of God’s Word, prayer, fellowship with other believers, and worship.  Small Groups also provide a place for sharing in food, fun and social activities as well as community outreach and missions projects.  In short, joining a Small Group is one of the best opportunities you have to build relationships with and invest in the lives of other believers in our church body.

This semester, we are offering seven small groups for you to choose from, listed below:

North Rockwall

Northwest Rockwall

Northeast Rockwall

Wednesday Prayer is a time for you to join with other believers in seeking the Lord early in the morning.  The gathering is very casual in nature, and time is made for both personal devotions and corporate prayer.

Ridgeview Preschool, a ministry of Ridgeview Church, is NOW ENROLLING for our Fall 2009 semester!

Our preschool offers children a wide array of learning and fun, including:

On-Campus Field Trips
Indoor & Outdoor Play Time

Because we place great emphasis on teaching our children to properly worship God, kids in grades K-5 will be dismissed from the sanctuary to their classrooms just after praise and worship concludes.

Cross Over is a ministry uniquely designed to serve Ridgeview’s many Jr. High students, grades 6-8.

Cross Over Goals
The goal of Cross Over is to see every student come to know the Lord in a very intimate and personal way, to live a life that is set apart and on fire for Him, and then to equip the students to make the Lord known to their world around them.

Cross Over Activities
Cross Over is quite diverse in its services, activities, and projects that we offer our students.  Currently, our weekly gathering takes place on Wednesday nights.  We start out in the youth building for dinner at 6:00 and praise and worship at 7:00.  Afterwards, we’ll move to the Cross Over room for teaching and activities.  The evenings usually wrap up no later than 8:30.
