Thomas Welch, Children’s Pastor

Thomas Welch and his family began their ministry as Children’s Pastors at Ridgeview in August, 2008.  He and his wife, Amy, were married in 1993 and they have one son, Noah (1999).

Before being called to Ridgeview, Thomas served for 8 years as children’s pastor at The Church at Grace Creek in Longview, Tx.

Thomas and Amy are eager to help plant the seeds of the Gospel in young lives who will one day grow to have a relationship with Jesus.  They believe it is vital to provide our children with a safe, fun, interactive, and educational learning environment that is centered on the Word of God.  Their desire is to see children grow spiritually in the word as they grow physically.
